Free Out of Order Sign

A bold OUT OF ORDER sign for a broken restroom, machine, elevator, or pump. Print it, tape it up, and save everyone the trouble of discovering the problem the hard way.

An out-of-order sign is a small courtesy that prevents a lot of frustration. Make it big and obvious so no one wastes time on something that will not work, and add a note if there is a working alternative nearby.

How to use it: Add where to go instead — 'Use the restroom upstairs', 'Next machine works' — on the subtext line. Everything except the sign is stripped from the printout, so what you see is what prints. To email or keep a copy, pick "Save as PDF" as the destination in the print dialog — no software to install.
